The location is perfect and a fully equipped kitchen

The apartment is a little bit dirty

Host was friendly and accepted to check me in before the official time since the apartment was empty. Apartment location was very good, close to several attractions and lively streets.

The shower glass side panel was detached from the wall and it was a hazard in case if would have fallen, also it caused to leak lots of water. I informed the host who asked me for videos and photos but did nothing to solve it while i was there, basically used me to report a damage but didnt do anything to get it fixed during my stay, so, i had to shower everyday with the risk of accidentally break the glass wall and with a pool of water in the bathroom floor afterwards. Also, for a 6 nights stay it would have been nice to count with some toiletries and garbage bags and not force me to buy and leave the leftovers there because they cannot be transported back in hand luggage.

Comfortable and simple apartment with everything you need for a short stay

The property was overall in a good location

- we were provided 4 towels when it’s 3 of us and we were staying 5 nights - as people who shower every day this would be acceptable for 2 people but not 3. The house was extremely humid and they didn’t have a drier. - ⁠I told the host we were aiming to arrive at 8pm and we got here at 8:06pm because our Uber took a wrong turn. Yet we got charge 20€ for late checking. - The bedsheets were dirty so was the pillow and the sofa bed where I personally slept. - ⁠The internet wasn’t working correctly, as a person who works remote this is something that was essential to me. - ⁠We were provided 3 toilet paper rolls which were wet and wrinkled because they were humid. 3 small toilet paper rolls for 3 people staying 5 days. - ⁠Main host was unable to answer our text until I complained to the other hostess. I think this says everything about the customer service we are offered.

A person come at the flat to present you what you rent and ensure that all stuffs are working fine. Apartment very clean with the necessary to begin a good holidays: Some coffee capsules, fresh towels, necessary for the dishes. Never expecienced this kind of quality, very happy to be here!

Clean and modern

Musty smell but perhaps there hadn’t been a recent letting

We had some troubles with our flight and arrived just at midnight, but the lady waited for us. Thanks! The apartment is nice, but not very big. I'd say, perfect for two travelers. But we were 4 adults and stayed 5 nights, so we got very fast in changing the sofa bed from sofa to bed and vice-versa to gain some space. We were most of the time outside exploring Porto, so it was OK. The kitchen was working fine. It's just also small. Same with the bathroom.

There isn't a single closet or wardrobe in the apartment. There's a small storage room, but it's already full with cleaning stuff, so you can basically only put your bags there.
