Everything!! From booking and easy contact, to getting picked up by the host at the ferry terminal to get to apartment, throughout help on different matters, fabulous location, great swimming pool and views from the terrace, to nice gifts such as water bottle, homemade limoncello or cake. Anything we needed was in the apartment (including tabs for washing machine or dishwasher). Very clean. To be honest, I wish all my stayed across the globe were like this one. :)

To be honest, there was not anything that I would say was a “no go” or bad. The only thing keep in mind that the internet might not be the fastest if this is some important factor for you.

Great location tucked away , really loved the private terrace and the flat coming with all sort of cooking utensils , plenty of towels etc, didn’t bave to worry about buying anything

Only downside I can think of was that one bedroom didn’t have air conditioning but was fine with the window open!

Josip and his wife were super welcoming. We sampled delicious homemade limoncello, cherry liqueur and red wine. The property is located in a quiet and pittoresque neighbourhood, steps from the water. The appartement is spacious and clean. Loved the lemon and the kumquat trees on the back patio. Josip even drove us to the ferry at the end of our stay. Would go back!

Very clean and tidy, spacious; two excellent and private outdoor sitting/dining areas, one at the front the other at the back. Swimming pool and area lovely and no problems sharing with the owners family or guests of the other apartment. Joseph the owner welcomed us, he is a great concierge very useful local knowledge and we loved his wife’s homemade Limoncello using lemons from the tree on the rear. We drive to Plitvice Lakes, which we recommend. We felt like locals using their two bikes! A great location, very close and nicely tucked away from the local, clean and not busy beaches and restaurants, which are superb. We hired a car at Zadar airport, no problem getting the car ferry or driving around the island - beaches are superb. Don’t need to have a car, one could taxi/bus from the airport to Zadar ferry port for the ferry to Preko, which is near to the apartment. We also took the passenger ferry to Zadar to visit the old town, the sea organ, greeting to the sun and of course the sunset. We were glad we stayed in Preko and not Zadar though - very quiet and tranquil on the island. We had a week at Preko then travelled to Split for 5 nights, where we are writing this, before completing our holiday in Dubrovnik. Croatia is a lovely country, we will return, feels different in a quiet way to Greek islands and the scenery is arguable more stunning, and the people are friendly and helpful.

Whilst air con downstairs and in the main bedroom the second bedroom does not have a unit.

Excellent airy apartment close to shop ,restaurants and beaches with nice view from big balcony , very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and clothes drier, pegs etc with fine attention to detail by owners . Spotlessly clean and lots of soap, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc left in apartment . The swimming pool was a lovely temperature and again spotlessly clean with plenty of loungers and a lovely couch bed to relax on. Josip and his wife couldn't be more helpful picking us up from ferry , letting us use their bicycles and giving good information about the area and a lovely touch of a gift of homemade Fig jam grown in their own garden and a bottle of limoncello. the appartment was amazing, equipped with all needed iteams in the kitchen and bathroom. you can cook, bake, do wasching. the bedroom was super comfortable. bathroom equipped with hairdryer, towels, wasching chemicals, wasching maschine. the outside balcony very cozy, as well as the garden and swimming pool area. the owner very friendly and helpful. all info was given in advance. the location is also good and quiet. thank you and hope to come back
