Louiza Apartments

Property and location was stunning. Home comforts was great , outdoor sports was brilliant and social outdoor area is amazing. Also the owners live next door and they are the most friendly lovely people. Very helpful and kind. The view from the property is spectacular! Beautiful beach on your door step!

The structure is clean, very beautiful, well kept and with a nice garden. It s positioned on a beautiful bay with direct access to the sea, a great view and wonderful colours all around it. It is also very well priced for what it offers. I would definitely go back

Nothing. The only thing one should consider is that the hotel is at the end of a 6km narrow road from Pyrgy. So it's the ideal location for two types of people (i) those who do not like to move at all and prefer to spend time at the hotel, its garden and the nearby beach or (ii) those who do not mind driving a little bit more than from other locations.

The facility is located in a fantastic spot, away from noise and immersed in nature, where you can swim in the sea right in front of it. Watching the sunset while lying in a hammock is priceless. Not to mention the friendliness of the facility owners. As for cleanliness, the towels, bed linens, and room are all top-notch.

Absolutely everything ! Every single detail at the apartment was delicately selected. Owners were super friendly and even made a small cheesecake gift for us. I have been several times in Chios but Louiza Apartments was far beyond the best of all. You should definitely enjoy the sunset and the crystal clear sea.

The road was a little bit challenging but it worths when you reach that paradise

A beautiful location at the southern end of the island, overlooking a gorgeous bay and with a real sense of privacy. The plumbing in our bathroom was a little haywire (lots of flooding), but the apartment was clean and comfortable and the grounds (especially the hammocks swinging from the trees) were very pleasant, complete with some friendly kitties (this is the Greek islands, after all). WiFi was surprisingly good for such a remote location, but you want to get here and just disconnect. :-)

A few more kitchen items would have been useful - it felt a bit limited in terms of utensils (eg. a strainer, a mixing bowl...). Bathroom plumbing certainly needs some attention - the shower floods the entire bathroom. These are fixable issues, and we would certainly return here for the peace and solitude.

The location is perfect: the bay is quite private and the apartment has a great view over it. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The staff is kind and helpful.

Although the location is nice, it does take you quite long to get there (15 min from the main road) over a bumpy road. In the morning the apartment smelled a bit weird. This might have something to do with the sewer system.

Beautiful, peaceful spot with lots of facilities on site: ping pong, basketball, football, volleyball, hammocks, PS3, kayak... Beautiful sunset views and quiet beaches within walking distance. The owners were lovely and so helpful, they helped us so much! The dog was also lovely.

It is very isolated with only a small beachfront taverna within walking distance. It is essential to have a car. This was not a problem for us, and we absolutely loved our stay, but make sure you have transport!
