Zsinkó Villa

The location is great. Close to Arkad shopping mall, which has a large grocery store, and a short walk to the city center. It was very clean and quiet even though it is near a major road.

The bed is pretty hard and the AC doesn’t cool the bedroom. It was very hot weather during our stay, so it was a difficult task for the AC

I had the pleasure of staying in Zsinkó Villa in Pécs, and it exceeded all my expectations. Located just about 10/12 minutes walk from the city center, this villa offered the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. It was, without a doubt, the cleanest flat I have ever rented.The space was thoughtfully designed, ensuring that you don’t have to compromise on any of your home comforts. The villa was fully equipped with all the essentials you might need during your stay, making it incredibly easy to settle in and feel at home. From a well-stocked kitchen with basics like sugar, oil, and even a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, every detail was covered.One of the highlights was the cosy outdoor area, complete with a table and chairs, where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Pécs. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short and long stays.

Thank you so much Zsinko Villa for the incredible place!!! The pictures looked modern, but somehow didn't convey how absolutely incredible this place was! It is super clean, modern, roomy, and had everything you would expect to make your stay amazing. I have 2 adult size children and they each had their rooms. They still tell me how Zsinko Villa was absolutely perfect (and we stayed in nice hotels during our stay in Hungary and Slovenia) and that Zsinko Villa is their favorite! Close to everything. We stayed here in the midst of the unbearable summer weather and our apartment was very comfortable. There is AC in every room! (unlike other places the rest of my family stayed at that said there was AC but there was only AC in the living room). Not here! AC in every single room! THANK YOU so much for the fantastic place, Zsinko Villa. We would 100% want to stay here again if we visited Pecs!!! Everyone out there...this place is AMAZING! Rent it NOW!

There was absolutely nothing we did not like.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. So thoughtfully decorated and so comfortable. Check-in was easy and stress free, very good communication from the owners. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable and lots of room for our Familtly of 5. 2 bathrooms made it very enjoyable for morning routines.

Nothing to not like.

We loved the location. City sights were within walking distance. We did not need our cars to move around. The rooms were clean. The kitchen well equipped.

The only downside was for us the noise level. We could not sleep with the windows open since the property is located on the busiest road of Pécs. Luckily we could cool down the house with A/C. It is not a huge problem. Our stay was absolutely awesome. We would love to go back anytime again.
