Alles da, wie beschrieben. Aufzug vorhanden. Einchecken über Schlüsselbox problemlos.

Parken bisschen schwierig . Vom aDurchgangsverkehr allerdings nichts zu hören da hinten aus

Nada , sucio , nos encontramos con cucarachas en el piso … asqueroso… me puse mala del asco…

Mala zona , sucio, mal cuidado, cama incómoda, almohadas malísimas

"Se podría mejorar"

Las almohadas son muy bajas..no hemos descansado como.quisieramos.. Para volver del centro hay que coger transporte si o si El checkin es muy tarde...así que estuvimos dando vueltas por el centro con las maletas...

Чисто, все есть для комфортного проживания, белье чистое, полотенца очень большие.

Отсутствует кондиционер, летом это очень дискомфортно. Кровать не очень удобная.

La limpieza en el apartamento es aceptable, pero en una galería anexa es inexistente. Los cristales nunca se han limpiado, el alféizar por fuera lleno de colillas y por dentro lleno de polvo. La campana de la cocina llena de grasa, la zona de cocinar totalmente oscura, el escurridor portátil asqueroso.... La ducha no se sujeta en la barra y los estantes están sueltos. Moho en el techo y en la silicona de la ducha. Para estar 5 horas limpiando como nos informó el dueño, no se ven resultados.

- proximity to metro - bathroom - comfort sofà bed - silence appartment

- kitchen faucet leak - necessity of more kitchen tools ( pansa and pots) - small bad in bedroom
