Punta Preko Apartments

Eine außergewöhnliche schöne Lage direkt am Meer mit Blick auf Zadar, Fähre/Läden/Restaurants in der Nähe

Wir waren wohl die ersten Gäste nach der Winterpause, eine Grundreinigung wäre gut gewesen

Location, Size, what appeared to be good value.

The shower mixer did not work. Only too hot or too cold. Reported to owner, I said if can shower in empty apartment that could work, he said he would fix it. Never heard back, nothing fixed, no alternative solution provided. Left next day not fresh, not impressed. Contacted owner to request 50% refund. He offered 2 nights complimentary after some days exchange but we were long gone and had no need for it. Tried my best to give him a chance to make good and rectify but no luck. So now I am sharing what happened for information to others. By the way, mosquitoes but no mosquito mesh in windows. Place smelled of cooking.

La ubicacion

Que no era el departamento de las fotos. Tiene varios, pero seria ideal que las fotos sean del que estas reservando para que no haya problema de extectativas. Ademas no esta tan limpio. Habiia varias miga donde estaba la tostadora

L emplacement de l appartement( face de la mer)

La propreté, beaucoup de photos dans l annonce plus de 100 photos. Dans le descriptif c’est noté 5km de split mais aucune information pour nous dire que pour allez à l appartement il faut prendre le ferry (32€ pour 1 aller pour 4)

Direkt am Meer gelegen.

Lokacija, mir, veličina apartmana, domaćini.

Moglo bi biti mali čišće (posuđe prije svega). Nedostajalo je osnovnih stvari: toaletni papir, trulex, soli, vegete, ulja...

The location is perfect. This house is near the sea and city center. Staying in Preko is awesome. The city is small and quiet with a perfect scenery. I liked the appartment even though we didint have the sea view. The host is always available.
