Skibus hned naproti přes cestu, cca 100m. Odjezdy 8:10-10:15 co půl hodiny (viz foto), zpět taky co půl hodiny. Lyžarna a sušárna v přízemí, pekárna (s možností kávy a posezení) a řeznictví kousek, další obchody cca 20minut

Just came back home with my family after our 10-day stay and we have already made our minds up to return to the Ballhaushof next year if possible. A perfect landing spot for families with kids who love nature and quiet rural life (and yet in the near approximity to the crowdy but beautiful Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis recreational area). The apartment was all we needed - spacious, clean, well-equipped, quiet, with an outstanding view. The hosts are out of this world. Franz is the man - thanks once more, our kids will remember you forever for all the good reasons! :D
