Clean, comfortable, good size, secure, good parking, washing machine, close to the city centre.

The apartment was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. It’s conveniently close to the old town and main streets, yet far enough to avoid city noise. The space is just the right size, comfortable and not too small. Paula was very welcoming and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in and check-out. The apartment is basically in the center of Zadar, a 5 minute walk from the peninsula and even less from various shopping malls and stores. The bus station is a 2 minute drive away. Having a dedicated parking space is really amazing considering the location, there is no need to drive around to find a free one and having to pay at least 10 euros per day (or risk a fine) Another thing that I appreciated was the spacious balcony where I could unwind and have a nice drink...

The location was good, the apartment spacious & it contained everything you need.. I booked this apartment for the parking space & elevator.

Beware that there will be additional fees before you finish the booking. This apartment is corporate owned. The host did not provide instructions until I called at 1815 while I sat beside the building. Check out instructions were only provided after I asked. I took a cold shower the first morning because we did not realize there was a button in the hallway that turned off the water heater. There should be a note of warning near the button. I've been in Croatia a week and this was the first time there was such a button next to the light switches. Overall I do not recommend this apartment. You can pay less and receive better service elsewhere.

In a quiet part of town but just a 5 minute walk to the old town. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable and the air conditioning was good and much needed in Zadar in August! A great base to explore Zadar from.
