Bruit à cause de la promiscuité. Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes ... travaux très bruyants

Удобная кровать, шумлизоляция, не смотря на достаточно шумную улицу, было не слышно, если все окна закрыть, было хорошо спать, также в номере были чай и кофе, что радует

Огромные проблемы с канализацией, помыться нормально сложно, вода очень медленно стекает и есть шанс залить соседей. Также не работала кофемашина, пытались сделать кофе и вместо этого пришлось быть всю кухню, постельное белье и полотенца были не идеально чистыми

Nos gustó lo limpio de las sábanas, la ubicación era excelente y que el apartamento era sencillo, en buen estado la mayoría de cosas.

Había una toalla sucia, el baño no era muy grande ni acogedor y además se estancaba el agua en la ducha, el sofá estaba sucio.

La ubicación. La limpieza impecable.

La llegada fue un poco caótica porque está como una calle peatonal aunque puedes meter el coche solo para descargar. Aunque en Porto el aparcamiento es de pago, justo a 300 metros está al parque central que por 48 horas pagas veinticuatro euros. A 12€ el día.

No shower amenities or paper towels etc

I attended Portuguese classes, thus the location was perfect to me, 5 min walk to the school. 10 min walk to Sao Bento train station. The studio is super bright, spacious, lots of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen. Fully equipped bathroom. The key is super easy to collect.

I did not like the total lack of responsiveness from the owners/studio responsible. Initially, after booking, they seemed cool, as I asked them about a laundry space nearby and they replied fast. However, one day before my arrival I had to write them and to ask for key guidance. They replied on this. Later on yet, I asked them about the nearest metro and bus stations names and I got no reply whatsoever. I also wanted to book a taxi service through them, as they advertise it, yet due to zero dialogue, I changed my mind. Uber is a good solution, too. My intention was not to be baby sited, just to get a small sense of orientation. The amenities could be a bit improved, the walls are scratched. The bed duvet had stains on it. The shower needs to be fixed, as after 2-5 minutes of use it gets flooded. Nearest metro station is Bolhao, btw (direct metro line from airport to there).
