The apartment is just on a small street near the center of the river promenade. It is 5 minutes walk to the famous bridge and less then a minute to the river. The location is best because the street is small and quiet. The walk to the san bento station is about ten minutes away. But it is up to the hill. There are several grocery stores near by. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for the stay. Including dishes, pillows, blankets and towels. There is a free wifi and a tv. There's also a dishwasher. The communication with the host is fast and easy. The shower is good and comfy. We were a family of 3 adults and 3 children and the apartment was very good for us. Another plus is that the building has a lockable entry door for safety and an elevator!

Good location. Very spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Two separate rooms. Very convenient washer and dryer.

It was not very well cleaned, dusty. The bathroom has a bad odor that seems to come from rotten wood in front of the door, probably under the tiles, and the moldy edges around the shower. The shower's floor is uneven. We decided not to use the dishwasher, since when you ipen the door there was a horrible smell coming from it. Also, there were none of the details that you are used to find in these type of rentals nowadays, like plenty of coffee pods, paper towels, water bottles, etc. There was only 1 garbage bag for the bathroom and, of the two for the kitchen, only one was big enough to fit the trash can.
