Sijainti on ok ja asunto tilava.

Asunto oli siivottu huonosti ja ikkunalaudalla oli edellisen ruoanjämät. Asunto ei ole niin viihtyisä kuin kuvissa vaan enemmänkin askeettinen. Täysin varusteltu ei pidä paikkaansa, sillä ruokailuvälineitä ei ole jokaiselle majoittujalle, toisessa vessassa ei ollut edes wc-paperia ja osa huonekaluista on huonokuntoisia tai rikki. Peitot ja tyynyt todella likaisia. Asunto on siivottu kloriitilla ja haisee uimahallilta. Muutenkin liinavaatteet pesty hyvin voimakkaasti haisevilla pesuaineilla, joten asunto ei sovellu tuoksuherkälle. Lapsiperheiden on hyvä huomioida, että rappukäytävän kaiteessa on isoja koloja, joista lapsi mahtuu tippumaan. Kadulta ja rappukäytävästä kuuluu kaikki äänet sisälle, joten majoittuisi ainakaan kesäaikaan. Toisen vessan yhteydessä ihmeellinen romuhuone, jossa rikkinäisiä tuoleja. Palautetta annettu suoraan vuokraajalle asunnon epäkohdista, mutta ei näyttänyt kiinnostavan.
