Зручна, затишна квартирка. На кухні було все необхідне для приготування їжі. В ванній кімнаті миючі засоби. 20 хв пішки до центру. Локація безлюдна. Рідко їздить транспорт.

A definite plus of this apartment is its location. Its proximity to the Riga Market (about 1 km walk) is very convenient, especially for those who enjoy walking and exploring the local atmosphere. The apartment is well-equipped – it includes a washing machine and a TV with internet access, which is a great convenience, especially during a longer stay. Furthermore, the kitchen was fully functional, allowing for self-catering.

The apartment is located on the second floor and doesn't have an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with luggage or mobility issues. Furthermore, the carpet in the room hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed, which might have raised some concerns about cleanliness. The soap in the bathroom was also a surprise; it was diluted with water, making it ineffective. Another downside were the pillows, which weren't the freshest, despite having clean covers; the pillows themselves seemed worn. Unfortunately, bathroom amenities, like the disposable shampoo, came in too small a package. I hope the owners will pay attention to these details to improve the quality of stay for future guests.

We always had good reasons to leave good revies in the past. however, this property and its management stand out - in a negative way. We have been here for a week. After the first night, my boyfriend complained about the mattress, which is very soft and thin. It is too weak and too soft to support a grown man of 80 kilos. The owner had no interest in helping us or in giving us a better mattress. Instead, the "Bookin Riga" team told my boyfriend to sleep on the couch. This was by far the most unfriendly experience we ever had. Location and all my expectations of a perfect stay were checked. Comfy bed - check, nice TV and living room to relax after long day - check. Full kitchen with tea, coffe, oil, pans, dishes etc - check. Great shower - check! Check! Check! And there is a free parking, on a side street. Maza kalna street. :) You Are welcome!

With open windows passing by trams could get annoying. BUT the apartment is GOOD either way.
