Przykro mi ze musze wystawic taka opinie, ale zirytowalo mnie to wszystko za bardzo.Slaby kontakt, brak instrukcji zameldowania ( miała być przed ptzyjazdem, pani zapomniała i zameldowanie po 15 po wiadmisci przynaglajacej,a miało być po 14, a slowo przepraszam niewiele zmienia jesli jest wiecej czynnikow ). Ogólnie już przy wyjściu do mieszkania bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, zaduch , izapach przepoconego czlowieka, ktory poci sie podczas choroby,zreszra , zapach dość specyficzny ciężko go określić. Pościel i ręczniki miały bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach( twarzy bym tym nie wytarll) reasumując apartament ma potencjał bo ma wszystko co potrzeba, ale w mojej ocenie ktos go trochę zapuścił i należy o niego zadbać lepiej

I stayed before so I returned as it is so close to the opera and old town, less than 10 minutes walk. Aleksandrs is a very good landlord and contactable all the time. The city heating was late switching on, so he immediately brought a heater which warmed very well. It is very quiet and comfortable, fast wifi and TV and coffee machine. Constant hot water and a washing machine.

The only problem is the windows face an abandoned building. If the apartment was on the other side of the building, you would have a view.

Central location, quick contact with hosts, quiet apartment.

The bed was not changed as the bed linen was all in black hairs and fluffs. No feet towel.

Clean and organized

One of the biggest issues I faced was the lack of blackout curtains, which made me feel like I had very little privacy. The thin curtains let in too much light, making the space feel very exposed. One of the nights, I encountered a drunk man lying/sleeping on the floor in the middle of the corridor. This made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable.

The mattress was sagging. The decorative cushions, headboard, and throw had an odour, presumably from extensive use. While the towels and bedsheets were clean, they had an unpleasant smell. The cups and cutlery also had visible stains
