Wonderful location! I warmly recommend this place – it is quiet and very pleasant for rest. The rooms are clean and well maintained, in an apartment that is also tidy and welcoming. The entrance is secured with a gate and a key, which gives extra safety and comfort.

Ein tolles Appartement um ein paar Tage in Riga zu verbringen. Wir hatten einen sicheren Stellplatz für unsere Fahrräder im Hof. Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet, nichts hat uns gefehlt. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und eine sehr nette und zuverlässige Vermieterin.

The apartment is very nice, located in a renovated historic building. It is well-equipped with a wide range of amenities. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but it is close to a tram and bus stop, with a journey of about 10 minutes to the centre. Parking is available either outside (for free) or inside (for a reasonable fee), and several free outdoor parking spots were always available throughout our stay in July. The owner was attentive and took good care of us, contacting us both before and during our stay via the booking app and SMS messages. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

L’appartamento è meraviglioso, accogliente e spazioso con una bellissima personalità. Mi sono sentita a casa, con tutti i comfort e la cura dello staff sempre a disposizione. L’immobile in sé è davvero curato e splendido, ho adorato soggiornare presso questo appartamento. Inoltre vi sono mezzi pubblici che passano continuamente nella via adiacente ed è semplice raggiungere sia l’università sia il centro velocemente. Lo consiglio sia per soggiorni di lavoro che per visitare la città. Grazie!
