Une vue incroyable 🤩, plage quasiment privé.

Le mauvais état de plusieurs choses dans l'appartement.. rapport qualité prix moyen pour l'appartement en lui-même.

Хорошее расположение. Территория где находятся апартаменты закрытая, можно зайти только имея свой ключ. Никаких громких кафе и ресторанов рядом. В пешей доступности разные пляжи. Шикарный вид с террасы.Хороший бассейн.

Апартаменты нас очень разочаровали. Фото в основном соответствует реальности, но много не видно на фото… Шкаф в одной из комнат сломан( вещи там вешать нельзя), в комнате где стоит стиральная машинка на стенах отбита плитка, валяется на полу, сама стиральная машинка была с черной плесенью в отсеке для порошка,духовка была очень грязная( готовить в духовке было невозможно), посудомоечная машина ржавая внутри, не возможно было ставить стирку и включать посудомойку одновременно (пропадал сразу свет), в душевой кабинке грибок , кондиционер не справлялся, в гостиной было прохладно но в спальнях очень жарко, на террасе отсутствует навес от солнца, от жары нагревается искусственный газон на терассе и выйти туда днем невозможно.

La ubicación. Zona tranquila. Cercanía a la playa. Piscina y chiringuito genial

La casa no recibe un mantenimiento mínimo. Lámparas q no funcionan. Azulejos y plafón roto tirado en el suelo. Menaje escaso y en malas condiciones. Limpieza muy deficitaria.Sofá y Sillas terraza de pena. No había tendedero pero subsanaron.
