The apartment is clean and smells great. The location is great. Apartment owner (or administrator) is nice. I liked the minor things like having coffee and tea and a few candies. Overall it's a great value for the price

The water temperature in the shower was jumping randomly every few seconds from ice cold to searing hot. Would be nice to add disposable slippers as the floor in the bathroom is very cold. Also the TV picture did hang a few times which was fixed only by replugging it to power

Very well located, right in the city center and quite peaceful. The place was very clean and tidy, with a small outdoor kitchen area. We liked the place so much that we decided to extend our stay.
