T19 Apartment

Very close to the center, 5 min walk.

Difficulty in finding a parking space. Very moist and damp in the apartment. One of the rooms smelled like mold.

The shower overflows and there is water on the bathroom floor.

Tastefully decorated, two independent bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom. Top location in the center, very nice host.

Location

The humidity in that ap is so high, we got sick and we took medication from day one! It is cool inside due to the walls but the conditions are very poor, I don’t recomand especially if you have to stay more than one night, like us! TV’s are not smart tv and have just a couple of programs, one mostly with folk music, no Netflix nothing! WiFi internet has a weak signal and phone signal is not working! It is an “improvised apartment” very poorly made! The yard you enter is horrible as well, old and smelly! Shower in one bathroom was leaking and the water was coming out in the bathroom! The other bathroom had a shower just in the middle of it, put for the sake of saying it is there but not possible to use it, it was just installed next to the sink, in front of the toilet, without any door or something to look as a shower! Impossible to use it! Definitely not recomand to anyone this experience! We had work to do there and the money you must pay at the moment you enter and is not refundable! Otherwise we would have moved immediately!

The host was very friendly and responded quickly to requests. The apartment was cheap and is very close to the city center and still it was very quiet there.

The water in the shower drained very slowly. This should be checked to avoid flooding.
