Location very central, well equiped with iron flat, hair dryer, air-conditioning, TV, internet. Easy communication with the host (lovely people). Very clean, comfortable beds.

Could use with curtains, currently there are only blinds and there s too much light in the morning. Very little amount of shower gel and no shampoo. Noisy during the night, couldn't sleep without earplugs.

The host was SUPER nice! One of the best hosts out there. They didn’t give us a 2nd set of keys but the host’s father came the next morning and brought it to us. The location is great! There’s a paid parking right in front of the building and it was empty, at least during our stay. Nice to have a terrace and be able to sit outside under the big tree :)

The photos and description are a bit misleading as it makes it seem it’s two rooms. HOWEVER, it also might be our fault that we didn't realise it by the title being “studio” :) So no blame here, however: The yard with the pretty table and chairs from the last photo? Good thing the host’s father came to bring the key to us, as it was actually locked. Same with the washing machine that was in the scary basement. The dryer - not working and we were also not informed about that so we travelled back with wet clothes. If you're not travelling alone, you definitely need more than one set of keys, unless you're going everywhere together, as the door for the staircase locks itself (so even if there's fire, you can't get out without a key..) Lastly, there’s mould in the drainage hole in the bathroom and it smells foul. I wouldn't say it's worth the money but I hope the host will fix these things as they really were very nice!

The central position; it was clean with attention for details. There you can find all things that you need. Modern and stylish.

The host (although we didn't meet in person) was very kind and easy to communicate with. Easy to locate and check in. The location was perfect, close to the center and metro. Well equipped apartment with all the amenities we needed and comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay when visiting Sofia! Modern fit-out. Plenty of space. Really well located. I have no hesitation recommending Studio Cathlyn when you visit Sofia

Perfect location in the center of Sofia, very clean, easy access, beautiful small balcony, owner very helpful.

Nothing negative to mention, everything was perfect.
