We did not like anything at all. It was terrible.

The property was dirty, dusty, unclean. We arrived at 5am in the morning. Apartment was not clean. We had a feeling that cleaning staff did not come after previous people. The was dirt in the kitchen, mold in the shower. Terrible feeling. The begging was dirty. Overall feeling was very bad indeed. In the dishwasher there was food… Glasses were so dirty that they stick to the surface in shelf. We immediately contacted the owners. We were tired after a flight, but we had no will to stay in such apartments. We asked to send a cleaning stuff so they can make the situation better, but as at night they were not able to do anything really, we slept there. We slept in our clothes, because begging was not fresh. And in the morning, owners sent a message that they will be in 20 minutes at apartments and we need to leave. They denied request to send cleaning staff. Not polite, not respectful, they never apologised. Terrible!!!! And the most disgusting is that we agreed that they will return money for the rest of the nights. In the end owners sent me only 200€ that is less than half of the amount paid. And was not replying to my messages after. Terrible hosts, disgusting place. Unfortunately, not all pictures can be attached :( I would put 0.

Excellent communication with the host, making check-in and support smooth and hassle-free . Very nice location close to a metro station. Apartment was spacious and very nicely decorated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sofia!

Noisy neighbors at last night of my stay.

The openess of the apartment. Lots of gadgets in the kitchen. Laundry equipment brand new. Very clean , safe and comfortable. Secure building, very quiet neighbourhood. Lots of cleaning materials to keep the place clean. Lovely corner balcony with table and chairs. Super comfy beds. Maria went over and above with her kindness. She made regular contact with us and also set up a reliable taxi for our 3am pick up.

No table lamps in both bedrooms.

Proximity to downtown.

Impossible to sleep with trams passing by every 10mins in immediate proximity (5-10 away from the building). Apartment is not well maintained: the bed frame under the mattress in one of the bedrooms is broken and the mattress is sagging, so you wake up with a back pain. I reported it in week one of my 4-week stay, and it was never fixed until check-out. The bathroom door lock is broken too. Walls need repainting. There were issues with the dishwasher as well. Funny smell in the hallways of the building. I can carry on.

The position is very good, very close to the city center, Maria, the owner was very pleased and helpful.

In very first day, we need to clean the floor, was full of dust.....everything was clean, except the floor. Another problem is the tram 🚊, the noise is .....

Очень уютная квартира,все что нужно есть, местоположение отличное к центру 15 минут пешком ,но можно доехать на трамвае(рядом остановка )либо на метро которое так же находиться рядом , внизу на 0 этаже есть продовольственный магазин ,что очень удобно когда нужно быстро что-нибудь купить

Многие писали о трамвае который постоянно шумит , это критерия каждого, мы отдыхали с маленьким ребенком ни нам ни ему этот трамвай не мешал )

Casa moderna e completa di tutti i comfort, Maria disponibilissima ad ogni informazione e variazione oraria, indicazione chiare per il check-in e posizione vicinissima alla metro.

Nulla in particolare, passa il tram sotto la finestra che quelle poche volte nelle ore notturne potrebbe dar fastidio , ma nulla di grave

everything was great, good location, everything is close by, the apartment is in good condition, we slept so soundly that even the trams that passed under the window did not bother us
