Beautiful and very centrally located.

Couldn't figure out the coffee machine. The ad in booking says pets are allowed; the instructions received once booked say otherwise. Hence, my cats ended up staying home.

It was an enjoyable stay. The location is in the heart of the city, the atmosphere in the apartment is charming, and the host is always available and caring. I will definitely return.

Beautifully decorated cozy flat in top central location and yet very quiet. It comes with all modern comforts and it's great value for money. It was very easy to reach and the communication with the virtual host was great. Highly recommended.

The air conditioning and the spaciousness

There was dust under the bed that could have been easy vacumed.

Аssistance from Vanessa during the midnight arrival issue with the not- good looking (although washed) sleeping bed linen, pillows, dunas etc., internet and water outages issues were conveyed to us promptly, assistance with the wi fi outage was offered - all good, the flat was very well renovated, looked new, clean and inviting. The x3 AC units ( available in each room) were a real lifesavers during the hot summer days and nights! The books library was a wonderful feature ( for the kind of people we are), and a great pass-time with the variety of good books. The TV had many-enough chanels, keeping us informed and entertained throughout our stay ( the “Auto motor und sport” ch. was great!!!!). The small shops all around, restaurants, coffees, ambience generally leaves an unforgettable experience. We are Sofia- born people, visiting now from overseas, never had a good close look in this part of Sofia before - were happy to live there for a while - Vitoshka walk ambience was a great think to immerse ourselves in.

At arrival the bed linen was old, damaged, spotty dirty looking ( the duna aswell, ), the mattress of the bed was uncomfortable, not thick and soft enough - bad backs all through the stay, not enough sleeping bed pillows, we purchased x2 good ones, and left them behind in the flat. Recommend the host to buy new better bed linens (at least x2 changes), duna, at least x2 spare blankets), a better thicker and softer bed mattress!!! - to suit the well renovated and presented flat. The small window in the bathroom needs a fly screen, so it can stay wide open and aerate the bathroom, which we could not leave wide open as is due to the many pigeons around, likely to be able to fly in through the window. No elevator was a challenge ( especially on arrival with the heavy suitcases climb up ……..!) Dogs barking often downstairs …. - can’t help it, private issue , just a mention.

I liked the location and the way the host has refurbished the apartment. It was rather quiet although the location is 50 m from Sofia's pedestrian area with many coffee shops and restaurants. It was super easy to get the keys and not that easy to climb to the third floor with all our luggage.

I would put a bathmat in the bathroom. Having a water heater installed would be a good idea. When we arrived the hot water supply was cut due to some technical issues and it took some time to get that back.
