Está en el centro. Cerca de metro y transporte público.Limpio y cómodo.

El espacio es muy reducido. No es para una persona alta. Una parte del techo es muy bajo. Te puedes dar en la cabeza.

La posizione

Buongiorno! La posizione dell'alloggio è sicuramente molto comoda (zona Serdika) e Yordan è attento a tutte le dinamiche legate alla sua casa. Infatti è preciso e sempre pronto a rispondere alle comunicazioni. Purtroppo, però, l'alloggio è davvero piccolo piccolo, il bagno minuscolo senza la doccia (doccino attaccato al muro per lavarsi seduti sul wc, credo). La cosa, però, peggiore ha riguardato la dislocazione dell'alloggio all'interno del palazzo: la casa è collocata in un solaio abbandonato, sembra più che altro ricavato da una stanza tecnica per caldaie. Perciò si raggiunge l'ultimo piano, poi si deve atttaversare un corridoio piuttosto inquietante e fatiscente. Non è un luogo che sembra sicuro. D'estate è molto caldo, c'è una grande finestra che non presentava tapparelle. Purtroppo, per me, non è risultato l'alloggio più comodo e l'ho lasciato in cambio di un altro più confortevole e sicuro.
