The apartment has everything you ll need and even more. It is very clean and new. The location is good and hot water 24/7. Gives you the feel that u are home. The building is new and safe. There is no particular view but this is not what we were looking for on a trip stay. 100% we will revisit. Bonus point the excellent communication with the owner.

Amazing place to stay. Great kitchen, bed and bathroom, with lots of space to relax. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Stan was a great host, easy to communicate with and was helpful during check-in/out. Added bonus is there is a washing machine!

Amazing apartment! Everything you need. Kitchen with all equipment (oven, microwave, coffee machine, water heater, washing machine, dishwasher…). Very comfortable bed and sofa with TV. Bathroom is very modern with nice shower. Lighting in the suite makes everything even better. It also has writing dask for anyone who’s is Sofia for work. Little table in the terrace. Most amazing is communication with owners. Before arrival you get instructions to enter property, it’s also very safe. Owner Stan was willing to help us with everything we needed (advice, service…) from start to end. He also helped us with our suitcases before we left. Also good location, near metro. One of the best experiences on booking, especially the owner.

Very nice place to stay in Sofia. The apartment was clean and modern with perfect location. Parking was easy and safe. Host was helpful and communicative.

The room was a bit dark and cold. Wifi connection wasn't perfect.

The property is quite close to the centre, but not in a crowdy area. It's very close to a nice park and on a quiet street. The bathroom is exceptional and above Sofia's standard. Stan is a super host, I asked for an extra table and he immediately provided me with one.

Maybe the rear of the apartment is a little dark being without a window, but it's not a huge problem
