A very central, spacious and clean apartment, with two full bathrooms perfect for a family stay.

The apartment is a central position, near to all the most important location to visit. The apartment is big, and even if it is nearby the tram line, is very quite. It has two beatiful bathrooms with all the services that you could need and the host Alex is super kind and usefull.

Not very clean. Most surfaces had layers of dust. In some rooms you can visually see dust balls. One of the toilets smelled badly probably due to bad plumbing

The property is very spacious and clean. The location is great as very central and in walking distance of most things.

Would be helpful to have extra set of keys.

Very central location, very easy for sightseeing. Spacious, two bathrooms with excellent showers and comfortable beds. Detailed instructions for access. Tram noise not too intrusive given that they pass right below the bedroom windows. Photo shows type of road on which apartment is.

Would have preferred a dining table rather than two desks. Some tourist information/maps would have been useful. Would have been helpful to state where to place our rubbish when we left the apartment .

It's in a very central location, close to everything. Easy to access it and very safe.

Many things need fixing in the apartment, the curtains, the shower heads, the bedside lamps. Plus there was a bad smell coming from the bathrooms. Communicating with a bot seems odd. I prefer communicating with real humans.

Very spacious and roomy. Excellent location. Responsive host. There weren’t some basic things like hand soap and dish washing liquid - those were sent right away when asked.

Mosquitoes galore. Inspite of shutting windows etc they found a way in and feasted on us. The bathrooms were smelly we had to to leave the door open which wasn’t ideal. no microwave also made it inconvenient. Shower doors were broken which made one shower unusable. The hosts were informed but given the short stay over the weekend there wasn’t much they could do to fix this.
