PLzacznijmy od tego że obiekt był brudny kurz był wszędzie na szafkach, posprzątane było z "zewnątrz" dodatkowo apartament znajduje się na 5 piętrze w budynku bez windy widok z okna na bloki, 2 główne szafy były zamknięte na kłódkę, komoda była uszkodzona i Pani nas poinformował żebyśmy z niej nie korzystali, jedyne miejsce na swoje rzeczy to szafeczki nad łóżkiem, łazienka ciasna mała okropna, prysznic był nad umywalką dodatkowo bardzo nisko, każda kapiel to tak naprawdę powódź. po wejściu i zobaczeniu tego chcieliśmy zrezygnować niestety właściciel nie chcial odpuścić nawet połowy, dodam że tam nie zostaliśmy, nie polecam, lokazlizacja też nie była dobra jak za tą cenę

PLMieszkanie nieduże, nadaje się doskonale do krótkich pobytów, jest tam wszystko co niezbędne. Blisko do centrum Splitu, dworców, plaż. Blisko do marketów i restauracji oraz piekarni, lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Pani Katarina komunikatywna i zawsze gotowa do pomocy.
AUEasy walk to Old Town Centre, with a large bedroom. The apartment was very clean and had great air conditioning.
The washing machine was difficult to use and did not work well. Bathroom was very cramped, with the shower over the sink - something not well reflected in the photos. We would recommend a bath mat as the water does tend to flood the small space somewhat.
FRL'emplacement est plutôt correct. La climatisation et la literie très appréciée.
Propreté : vaisselle, terrasse (terrasse pleine d'excréments d'oiseau et transats inexistants, vaisselles avec restes de salades et huiles). Équipement à revoir (machine a laver). Salle de bain : impossible de se laver sans toucher les WC et le rideau de douche (~1m²).

AUThe apartment was well quipped and the balcony provided a nice outdoor seating area. Location was good with quick access to the old town.
Bathroom was too small and the apartment not having lift access made taking luggage up to the 5th floor challenging.
ESLa ubicación era buena, Katarina era muy amable y el apartamento por dentro estaba limpio. El dormitorio era muy cómodo (aunque le faltaban enchufes) y la cama muy grande y cómoda.
La terraza estaba muy bien, pero estaba demasiado sucia por las gaviotas. Lo peor sin duda fue que por la noche daban golpes contra la puerta de la terraza y nos despertaban. Por otra parte, el baño era demasiado pequeño e incómodo.

No lift - 5 storey building. "Bathroom" was shower over handbasin with toilet and bathroom tiny opening directly onto small kitchen. Tiny bathroom - wetroom style, tiny kitchen. Lighting in bedroom very dim. Parking was on street and very tight and scarce due to this being an older apartment area.
