All recommendations for Apartment Fortuna. Really nice and spacious apartment for 4 people. The location is in the city center, a 10-minute walk from the "Splitska riva" as they said. That is a center of Split town. You have great connection with all parts of the town with bus lines. You don't need a car because you can do everything on foot. The Apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. In the Apartment you have everything you need, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, 2 televisions, 2 climates, underfloor heating in the toilet, towels, there are blankets in the closet, even two spacious balconies, free internet that is very fast and many TV's channel. The Apartment has new furniture, the beds are king size and very comfortable. A parking space can always be found in the neighborhood, and there is a parking lot across the street on "Solinska" as well as in the streets "Domovinskog rata" and "Gunduliceva Streets", and you can pay by text message. From the airport to the Apartment you can take local bus Promet Split number 37 and number 38 for only 2.50€. Local bus drops you off in front of the Apartment at the Solinska station. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants are nearby. We must emphasize that this is a very quiet neighborhood and there is no noise, so we had a nice rest. The hostess Jelena welcomed us very warmly. She is always available on her phone (whatssap,viber,mobile call). We also received a small gift on our check out. Apartment Fortuna earned our trust and we will definitely come back again 😊

We liked everything. All the apartment is newly renovated - all made to measure and high quality. Very very clean!! Wi-fi working 100%, which is rare in other apartments that we stayed. 2 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for 4 people. A lot of space, 2 balconies, big kitchen, fully-equipped! The location couldn’t be better - 5min walking to Riva. We were lucky enough to find a free parking spot infront of the building. Aaaand Jelena is such a nice host! At our check-out she brought us some little presents! 🥰
