Fantastic location! The place is perfectly compact and well equipped. Wonderful, friendly host who made us feel very comfortable and at home. 1000% would stay here again!

Gazda este un om absolut fantastic. Ne-a primit cu 4 ore inaintea orei de check-in si a facut absolut tot ce a putut ca sa ne simtim bine. Camera a fost foarte curata si dotata cu absolut tot ce am fi putut avea nevoie (prosoape, bucatarie foarte bine dotata, detergent pentru vase si pentru rufe, cafea, ceai, condimente, adaptoare pentru incarcatoare, uscator de par, prajitor de paine, uscator de rufe, masa si fier de calcat). Paturile sunt foarte confortabile. Camera este la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos de centrul orasului si de faleza minunata. Nu am fost nevoiti sa urcam scari ca sa ajungem la proprietate. Este o zona centrala si linistita in acelasi timp. Cu siguranta vom reveni.

Mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, schnelle und unkomplizierte Übergabe. Abreise auch völlig unproblematisch, da wir sehr zeitig wieder los mussten. Sehr zu empfehlen für spontane Anreisen. Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.

My experience at King's Garden Studio was exceptionally positive. Petra proved to be an outstanding host, providing excellent accommodation for myself and my companion, and greeted us warmly. She offered valuable insights into the local area. Furthermore, Petra kindly cleaned the apartment for me when my friend departed, allowing me to continue my stay as a solo traveller. I wholeheartedly recommend Petra's hospitality; the location is secure, and the garden is aesthetically pleasing. The presence of several cats was also a delightful addition. The availability of amenities, such as a washing machine, was also convenient. While my stay was unfortunately limited due to prior bookings, I am eager to return in the future. Having visited Split on numerous occasions, I would certainly choose to stay here again. The location was perfect, too! Thank you, Petra 😊

King's Garden Studio is a home away from home! It's spacious, equipped with everything you need, peaceful, and in the perfect location! Petra, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She is super kind, gave us great recommendations of places to visit and eat, and went out of her way to ensure we felt cared for. Bonus points for the lovely family of cats (+1 dog) who live around the house and were the cherry on top of an amazing stay in Split. I wish I was still there now. Highly recommend to everyone!

It's not that I didn't like it but maybe something for others to be aware of - the shower pressure is low. I don't mind because I like reducing my ecological impact.

Perfect location! It was close to the Old Town and most of the good restaurants, but it was located in a quiet street with a little front yard. Sometimes you can spot a cat (or two, or three) there and pet them. They were so cute! The area was super cute with old stone houses and also close to Marjan Hill, if you want a good view of the city, just a walk in nature or a good place for a run! Not a busy street so you have a lot of privacy. The apartment was perfect for a couple, and had enough space for luggage. It had essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, shower gel and also detergent for the washing machine. It also came with a good supply of towels as well. Having a washing machine was perfect for us, so we could wash our clothes since we were there for 10 days. The apartment was SUPER CLEAN and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was also super welcoming and helpful, and I really recommend this place! Definitely coming back here again! :)

Die Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage: sie ist in einer Seitengasse, in der es ruhig ist, aber trotzdem ist man in 2 Minuten an der Riva. Rundum sind viele Restaurants und Supermärkte. Ab der Riva kommt man auch mit Uber überall hin. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts, lediglich die Dusche ist etwas klein. Parkplätze gibt es keine, hier ist autofreie Zone. Die Gastgeberin Petra ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Absprachen sind sehr einfach. Zu Beginn hat sie uns auch viel aus der Stadt erklärt und Spots auf der Karte gezeigt, zu denen wir gehen können. Dank ihrer Tips haben wir viele tolle Orte entdecken dürfen.

- le quartier !!! ❤️ - les equipments très complets - la taille du logement - l'accueil, la communication avec l'hôte et la flexibilité (Merci à Petra et sa maman !) - le calme la nuit C'était mon premier voyage solo et je m'y suis sentie très bien ! Le choix du logement était important pour moi et je ne me suis pas trompée. Merci encore !

S'il fallait vraiment trouver quelque chose à redire : - la taille de la douche (comme je suis grande) - on entend un peu les voisins - le manque de luminosité (mais comme je ne rentrais que le soir pour dormir ce n'est pas vraiment un critère pour moi)
