Apartment Dioclessima

The location was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Our host texted us visuals to help us find the apartment but otherwise we never even saw them.

The kitchen area is tiny and the terrace is only a stoop for smokers- you would not sit out there to enjoy a coffee

Great location, easy to get into upon check-in, spacious, quiet, AC present in all rooms, would highly recommend

A few small niggles , like not enough sauce pans ,but that's it .

The apartment was exactly what we needed, central, but in a relatively quiet area with easy access to all the places of interest in Pplit. We really enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony. The owner was very helpful with the one small issue we had with the shower and rectified the issue very quickly. I've already recommended the apartment to several friends if they visit Split.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment.

It was on the heart of the old city. 2 min walk to the palace. 2 bedrooms and 2 comfortable king sized beds.

This is an ancient city - the views are not of the sea and few have large windows for light. Keep in mind it’s an ancient city and they lived in very closed quarters. The adventure is being surrounded by 4th and 15th century architecture. Open the windows and shades in the bedrooms and the patio door and let the light in.

Perfect location in the old tow, very pleasant, with natural light and a small balcony to enjoy the sun, nice and clean building (we were on the second floor). Good windows to keep the partying people at nights outside ;-) , air co (indispensable) in each room. Bedrooms just a bit tiny but well equipped and nice, beds large and very comfortable, plenty of good storage for clothes! The owner was very kind and available, always replying timely to all messages, and flexible in accommodating our needs. Very pleasant staying, to recommend and to come back to!

The bathroom was clean enough but not in details (ex: toilet, sink, the wall-heathing used to hang the towels); the kitchen and some silver or plates/glasses were not very clean, missing at least one kitchen towel for the basic needs, as rarely people travel with (I suppose the concern for the owner might be having to repetitively replacing it). Same for some surfaces or drawers in the house, where hovering or passing a sponge would help ;-). Anyway, all together nothing dramatic and, again, all really nice, well done and so comfortable!
