Apartments Bubalova Split

Igor was a welcoming host and ready to answer any questions. He was able to meet us airport which was much nicer than using an Uber or taxi. The apartment was walking distance to all the sites and in a friendly neighborhood; after three nights it felt like home.

Location, terrace, and easy check in!

Excellent location five minutes walk to the palace area or beach. The terrace is a real bonus, great for al fresco dining and remarkably quiet given the central location. Get fresh pastries from the bakery downstairs.

Taxi drivers seemed unable to get close to the location (other cars can!) and always picked up/dropped off on the main road nearby.

Igor met with us personally to hand over the keys. He was very friendly, supportive, and responded quickly to any questions we might have. He also kept a great parking space for us under a big tree with loads of shade at the apartment. The air conditioning in the apartment is extremely good, it made the hot summer days bearable, and we all slept well. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the beach, very good restaurants, tourist attractions and grocery stores. I forgot my airpods at the apartment and he posted it back to my, so grateful. Thank you!

Very few condiments provided. No instructions for TV or WIFI

Location was great, 5 min walk to Rica and main area in Split.
