Apartments villa Ladini

The apartment is lovely and well presented so we had all that we needed.

It's hard to fault the apartment itself. The only improvements I can think of would be: -Instruction manual for the various switches/coffee machines would be useful - Would benefit from having a dish rack for washing up - The smaller bathroom could do with a couple of extra hooks for hanging bath towels

Apartment was modern, clean and a good size. Our hosts were perfect, really friendly, picked us up from the airport and even dropped us to the ferry when leaving, which made life so much simpler. Apartment close to beaches and short uber into town. Really enjoyed it

This was our favorite stay on our trip! The hosts were quick to respond to every question, we're very kind, and even let us check out late on our check out date. It was a short uber into old Town (10 minutes) and cost around 8-13€ The neighborhood wad quiet with a super market and delicious restaurant near by which the host suggested.

The property was well presented, the scent of lavender was calm and relaxing. It was perfect for 4 people with space to cook and entertain two further guests. I would highly recommend this modern apartment. The owners live within the same block and made us feel comfortable and they provided information about the local area. I loved the bath, rainfall shower, and all three toilets. A/C in all rooms too.

The property is so lovely - Dario and his wife made us feel so welcome. Dario picked us up from airport for and little extra charge. When we walked into the apartment the suttoe, yet homely smell of lavender and eucalyptus was warming. The apartment looked brand new. So much so I asked Dario how long he’d had the apartments for. I expected an answer answer of 6 months or less? He said 2 years!!!!Even the inside of kettle looked brand new. There was cold beer, a bottle of red and fruit waiting on our arrival. We had the first floor, 2 bed apartment which was just perfect. I’m a stickler for noise at bedtime, especially in hotels. But here was peaceful. The king sized bed in our room was comfortable, we slept slept so well. Our teenage boys shared the other twin room and found it comfortable. We used the gym several times and lazed around the pool. The beach and beach bar is 5-10 minutes walk. A small supermarket is 3 mins walk away. So is an another small bar/coffee shop. Everyday we went to Split Old Town (10 mins in cab) and used Uber which was only €7 each way and so frequent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough If you want to get away from the bustle of the city, this is perfect!

It met all our expectations. Nothing to fault!

the apartment was so lovely and clean, gorgeous balcony and view, the pool was great, not too busy! the hosts were incredibly kind, so accommodating and even gave us a ride to the airport! such kind people who are happy to help with any requests or enquiries

it wasn’t in the centre of split so it was a good uber ride away, but we knew this prior to booking and staying here so we knew what we were in for.

The property was lovely spacious, modern, and clean, with two generous en-suite rooms and an extra utility room with WC and basin. The balcony was fabulous. Pool was nice and usually we had it to ourselves. Although a drive away from Riva and the old time, the Uber service was excellent. Split is a fascinating city with a very interesting history. We found lovely beaches around the headland to west of the city (again Uber service great), we also headed out on Island boat trips, and spent a fabulous day on Hvar, taking the Catamaran from Split.

Paula and her family took really great care of us. We had a nice and clean apartment. To the city center it is only a 20 min drive (10€). Also some beaches are quite close (15-30min) walking distance.

Everything was fine

We arrived at vila ludini late in the evening. The hosts welcomed us from their balcony and brought us downstairs to our beautiful studio with ( semi) private terrace. The welcome was warm and we where happy to find cold drinks and a nice platter with cheese, bread and olives in our fridge. Also cherries for dessert so nice! We slept wonderful in the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Everything is clean and the kitchen complete. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend this place warmheartedly. The pool was also lovely , the garden wel kept. Split is beautiful and only a 10 min uber drive away! The wonderful and lovely beach on walking distance. We give the highest rating possible. If I could think of a negative it will be the busy street. It is not the most peaceful hideaway and that was what I was looking for, peace and quiet. But that is ofcourse expected within city limits
