USWas very convenient and within walking distance to desired areas. Parking was excellent-on property and at no additional cost. Apartment was newly renovated and excellent. Communication with the owner was exceptional.
Weren't able to decipher the operation of the television but we never asked for assistance but it might to be helpful to provide some written instructions of operation. All else was exceptional.
SIIt was clean but the smell of newly painted walls was really strong. It's in a basement. It's well air conditioned but the windows have to stay closed if you don't like mosquito bites at night.
The owner was somehow surprised and unprepared for the rental (we had to wait half an hour to check-in). And upon checking out he only seemed to be worried about locking the apartment's door.
