Apartman Letifico

Beautiful clean, modern and spacious apartment right in the heart of Split! Great location, is a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops and close to the water. Hosts had great communication and even came out quickly to change a light bulb for us that went out during our stay! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Split.

Apartment is on the second floor so there are quite a few stairs to walk up with luggage. This wasn’t an issue for us and is very common across Croatia and other places in Europe we have travelled, but maybe a struggle for those maybe not prepared to carry their heavy suitcases up stairs or with mobility issues.

For four people it was very well laid out. Having two bathrooms was especially nice, and the decor was tasteful.

Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated with modern appliances- coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine with all supplies provided. Lots of towels and kitchen supplies - water and juice in the fridge.

The room with the 2 single beds as is shown in the photos is quite small but was OK for 2 adults. It would be great for a couple of kids.

Very comfortable and good proximity to the Old Town. The building it is located in does need a bit of a spruce up e.g the lights in the hallway weren’t working when returning in an evening. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. Would recommend.

Only a couple of mild improvements: blackout curtains in the main bedroom would be great as it’s quite light in the mornings. Instructions on using the appliances e.g. washing machine and also a clothes horse/maid to dry clothes which can’t be tumble dried.

The window shutters did not fully close so the bedrooms were light early

Excellent apartment and perfect spot for two nights stay whilst exploring Split. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Also liked that it was stocked with washing up liquid and washing capsules. Would stay again

Nothing, although worth noting that it’s on the second floor so had to drag large suitcases up and down the stairs.
