Beautiful property in a perfect location! Loved the hot tub and full kitchen. The washer was very handy. The host was helpful and responsive and accommodating to help us with parking.

The lovely smell of lavender was quite strong. We messaged with the host about it. If anyone is allergic to lavender, let the host know ahead of time.

Absolutely amazing apartment - location is fantastic & it’s an extremely spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Communication with host re. check-in & parking was excellent. Probably one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in!

Great location, lots of space and clean

Only that the decking around the hot tub were coming apart and it was a bit dangerous. Lights in main room also were not very safe.

Apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location! There is a wonderful view of the promenade and old town out of the living room window that we could have just sat and admired all day long. The small courtyard area with the hot tub was also a great bonus that made the stay here all the more relaxing. Communication with the hosts was very easy, with WhatsApp messages prior to arrival and prior to check out.

Property was pristine in terms of cleanliness. Location was perfect for exploring Split and walking to tour and ferry meeting spots. Comfortable, well appointed, with a lovely welcome offering of meats and cheeses and a bottle of bubbly. And having the laundry at the midpoint of our trip was the cherry on top. Would definitely book again!!

GREAT LOCATION GOOD APPARTMENT

A BIT HIGHLY PRICED OUR CHECKOUT EXPERIENCE WAS NOT VERY GOOD AS THE HOST'S MOM CAME INTO THE APPARTMENT AT 10 AM SHARP ON THE DAY OF CHECKOUT WITH 2 CLEANERS AS THEY WERE EXPECTING MORE GUEST AND DIDN'T HAVE THE PATIENCE TO WAIT FOR US TO MOVE OUT AND WAS DIFFICULT TO CONVERSE WITH HER DUE TO LANGUAGE ISSUES...ALSO WHERE DOES ONE CHECKOUT AT 10 AM ( I CHECKED IN ALSO AT 9 PM ON THE DAY OF THE CHECKOUT ..WHICH WAS PLEASANT AS THE HOST'S FATHER WELCOMED US VERY WARMLY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WARMLY )

Amazing location, great views. Luxury, high end apartment with a private jacuzzi. SO much space, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen and a separate guest toilet, bright living area - would happily return here. Very clean, high quality towels and amenities. Lovely host. Supermarket, hire car, restaurants - everything very near by.
