Residenza Apartments

The apartment is a 5 mins walk from the old town ideally situationed. Extremely clean. Owners/managers communication was good.

Parking is difficult outside the apartment however you will find something you just need to keep looking and do a few trips round the block.

it was very convenient for the sites. Plenty of room for 4 persons. Pretty well equipped.

Steps up to flat. Toaster didn't work.

Only a 10 minute walk from the old town of Split, this spacious, quiet apartment provided us with everything that we needed. Perfect for an affordable stay in Split!

we loved the space the rooms were huge and comfortable the kitchen was also a great use of space

ran out of toilet paper, not enough bath towels for 4 large women, appliances were touchy

Well presented and spacious property, with an excellent central location - less than a 5min walk into the old town. We appreciated the complimentary teas and the host was good at responding to any queries we had prior to our stay.

The door in the living room appears to not close property at the top right hand corner. It can be a bit noisy outside on the weekend evenings so it was a little loud, but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

location was great. check in very straight forward. would return
