Attic Split apartment near city centre

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Komplett ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Küche, tolles Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich wieder mal in Split bin, ist Attic Split Apartment meine erste Wahl.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, utensili da cucina, e il posto auto a disposizione. Nelle vicinanze si trovano forni e supermercati, molto comodi per ogni necessità. La posizione è ottima: in circa 20 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di Spalato, e la zona è molto tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi in serenità. Un ringraziamento speciale a Tea, che è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Prilaz zgradi, ali to je nešto na šta vlasnici ne mogu utjecati. Malo je nezgodan prilaz zgradi ali sve u svemu nije grozno.

Host eccezionale, molto cordiale e disponibile

Everything was so tidy and it was the first time when the apartment I've booked looked bigger in reality than on photos, washing machine and kitchen are very useful! The location is pretty good, not exactly the city center but walkable distance and nice area (the owner also gives lots of advices about cafes, restaurants etc in the area, so you can safe some money comparing to eating in the downtown). Overall one of best experiences I've got while travelling, defined worth its money!

Location is terrific! Comfortable 15 min walk almost everywhere you would like to go in Split. Apartment is comfortable with almost everything needed to make a meal. Parking is easy and onsite. The apartment has nice furnishings, bedding linen and towels, which are appreciated by travellers. Grocery stores, kavarnas and restaurants are all within 5-10 min walk. Our hosts Tea and Mate were most helpful and available for any questions.

This apartment is the top floor. There is air conditioning, but it is at the opposite end of the apartment to the bedroom. Our hosts ask that all the windows be closed during our absence, which we understand, but the apartment will be very warm as the summer weather comes. We were able to open all the windows when we got home, and it was comfortable enough to sleep.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

We were nicely surprised with a bottle of water in the fridge and croissants upon arrival. The host is very helpful and nice. We liked fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, linens. Adequate amount of towels and toilet paper for a long stay. Good wifi and working air-con. Enough parking space. Nice design :)

Be aware this is a top floor, so you have to climb a lot of stairs (with luggage) to reach the apartment. For us, it wasn't a problem at all, but for people with disabilities can be.

I loved everything about this apartment! The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming! The chek in was very easy (they waited for us in front of the building, showed us where to park, and showed us the apartment) Inside, there was a complementary bottle of cold water in the fridge, croissants, and coffee. The apartment is amazing, it has a character and its equipped with everything you need. It was spotless clean! The location is also very convenient, 15-20 min walk to the old town.
