The location is superb. It only takes a few minutes to get to Splits Old Town and Promenade. The apartment is clean, modern and well-equipped. The host made it easy to check-in and check out was easy to contact when needed. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Great location. Close to old town. Clean room. Good modern decor. Quiet neighbourhood.

Parking situation is a nightmare. Got ticket first day because parked a foot over a doorway. Street parking chaotic. Had to pay fine then ride around for another space then couldnt move the car till we left. The studio is tiny should only be a room. Very cramped with furniture. Bed was extremely soft so couldnt sleep. Heard talking from other room.

This is a lovely one room apartment. Very clean with a small functional kitchenette. It had 2 hot plates, a fridge and kettle. All you need to make a simple meal. The view from all windows was also fabulous across rooftops with distant water views and sunsets to watch. It is very conveniently located not far from the Palace walls and ferry port.

Just be aware that you need to be able to carry bags upstairs.

The apartment has everything you need and is a short walk to the waterfront and old town.

Parking spot is hard to find.

I had a great little studio apartment, very clean with everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable. I also used the washing machine to catchup on my washing. The neighborhood was peaceful so it was easy to get a good night sleep. It was close to the bus station, Diocletian's palace and a supermarket.

It was difficult carrying my bag up three flights of stairs.
