Apartmán bol veľmi pekný, bolo čisto, vybavenie 10/10 a pani bola neskutočne zlatá a milá, bola nám k dispozícii vždy keď sme ju potrebovali.

Rozita ev sahibi mükemmel ötesi. Konuklar için herşey var evde. En ince detaylar bile atlanmamış. Dikiş setinden ilk yardım çantasına herşey vardır. Hatta plaj için şemsiye bile koymuş daireye. Plaja çok yakın biraz yokuş var sadece.

Clean, well equipped with exception of a coffee machine, near lovely beach & suited our purposes. The star of the show is the owner who sorted us with airport transfers & checked in with us during our stay.

The amount of building work going on & lack of readiness of public area

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment is modern and decorated with great attention to detail, everything was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen and the balcony with a sea view, where we had breakfast every morning. The connections are also ideal: a bus stop with links to the city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are shops nearby. Our host, Rozita, was incredibly friendly and helpful – she gave us great tips about the area and organized our transfer from the airport and back again. Fantastic service! Thank you so much! We would come back anytime!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The host, Rozita waited for us at the apartment, very welcoming and happy to see us. The apartment had everything we needed, fresh towels, washing machine and dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery and everything you may need if you want to cook something. In the main living room you can find a nice table with bar stools just perfect for a breakfast or a snack, there is also a couch that can be used as a bed if needed, in the balcony there is a small table with chairs just perfect to enjoy the morning coffee or tea. In the bedroom you can find a king size bed if I'm not mistaken with a nice mattress just perfect for sleep. The beach is in walking distance from the apartment, 5 maybe 10 minutes depending on how fast paced you are. Per total, it felt like you are home while being in vacation.

The apartment is great in everything. It is very cozy and comfortable and is designed very well. It has all you need for a vacation (including umbrella for beach) and for a comfortable stay. The view of the sea from the window when you wake up is unforgettable. Although the nearest beach is under renovation, another part of it is 5 minutes walk. The apartment has various dishes, sandwich maker, oven, microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine. Hot water is available always. Conditioner which is in the living room helped a lot. In the bedroom there is a fan. The bedroom is great and has a separate exit to the balcony, where there are table, chairs, clothes dryer. I would say that this apartment is for relaxing and staying away from noise and fuss. So it is quite far from the city center. I would recommend renting a car, or just call Uber, cause the distance to the nearest bus stop is up to 20 minutes walk up. I would like to give a big thanks to Rozita, the owner. She is incredibly nice and a very good hostess. She was ready to help anytime with any questions, left a guidance for all staff and also lots of different brochures about Split and surrounding. Tons of applause to make my stay incredibly comfortable.

Loved the apartment in general. The area around it has a lot of construction going on at the moment, but it did not interfere in our stay in any way. Would highly recommend the apartment and its host Rozita
