Panoráma City Apartman

No wonder the apartment is such a cool place to stay - the view from the balcony is breathtaking (especially in the evening)! If you like to wake up to the panorama of a beautiful downtown, then this is the right choice. It's also very comfy and roomy, well furnished, not so far away from the very city centre. The communication with the hosts was good - they greeted us and gave us all the neccessary instruction.

Hosts that met us were very pleasant and helpfull, the view and the terrace are amazing, and the whole place is comfortable, bright and well equipped.

The sight was gorgeous, the rooftop terrace was unbelievable great and also a very clean apartment with kind and friendly hosts.

Our host warned us there is an issue with the heating and they have constant problem with it because the heating company won’t mend it but anyways it is still an issue

This apartment is spacious, modern well equipped! You’re met by the lovely owner outside then walk up one flight of stairs after reaching the 10th floor in a lift. Although the entry to the block of flats is not overly inviting, it doesn’t detract from the lovely apartment and incredible view from the huge private balcony / terrace. It’s stunning. Location - perfect!! 10 minute walk to main square and 5 mins to a large shopping centre & supermarket, 5 mins walk to main bus station, train station a 10-15 minute walk. Bedroom - partitioned off main living area. Bed and pillow comfortable. No blackout on windows. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Lounge - television (No Netflix capability). Comfortable large couch. (Might be a sofa bed) Kitchen - small but well equipped with fridge freezer, gas cooktop, toaster, microwave. Dining table with 4 chairs. Bathroom - Hot over bath shower but leaked - had mop available so no issue. No shower gel. Heating - radiators apparently automatic but Ali have reverse cycle AC unit on the wall. Fairly quiet (sirens noisy in the night for some reason) and secure.

They prefer cash and couldn’t allow bank transfer. We’d usually prefer to pay through booking.com. No Netflix capability. Small slow lift and grungy entrance.

Everything was perfect. Check-in was very easy, and the hosts were very friendly (like all the Hungarians we met during our stay). The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It lacked for nothing. The highlight for me, was the large terrace with spectacular views of the city, Mecsek forest, and the tv tower. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but just a short walk to the city centre and train station. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will most definitely be back 😊

We loved our time in this apartment. It's about 5 minutes from the station, 2 minutes from the bus station & right next to the centre of town, with shops, restaurants, bars, cafes & sites all within 5 minutes walk as well - in fact there's a bakery right downstairs which we used. The views are exceptional, right on the top of the tower block, just beautiful on a nice day. The apartment is 100% secure behind a locked gate outside, the lift can take a short while but no fuss to us. We met a few people who live in the block & they were all very friendly (like most Hungarians :-D) It could probably do with a bit of extra air conditioning, some more cleaning products & also toiletries provided, but these are very slight issues. Pecs is a lovely place to visit & our stay was made all the more pleasant by having this place to stay in the 4 days we were here.
