Good location and clean apartment with all required facilities. The host very nice and communicative. Highly recommend this accommodation if you visit Pécs.

The locations was convenient to the city center - quite walkable. The host provided a map of free parking locations in the area, which was helpful.

Cooking equipment was poor (no spatula, mismatched, cheap utensils and thin, old pans). Head-height cabinet doors and hanging light in the kitchen are a head-bump hazard for taller people. We would have appreciated two bed pillows per person and a thicker duvet. The "welcome" message was not welcoming, but instead several requests to come and get payment and a long list of house rules (which were or should be on the website when booking). We had asked for check-in instructions the day before, and they said they would send them on the day of arrival. They did that, but we would have liked them earlier, as I wasn't sure my new e-SIM would work - and it's better for guests to have the info in advance. Hosts would not allow us to pay online and in person, would only accept cash payment, so we had to go to an ATM. Overall, the feel was one not trusting guests to take care of the apartment. If a host needs payment in cash, there are ways to handle it gracefully. Set up a time to welcome the guests, bring a small gift and some information, and don't have all the communication be about house rules.

The apartment it is placed near the center of Pécs and you can get by foot anywhere from there; another important aspect is that ,the location itself it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can have a proper rest too.

Great accomodation and owner

If u have a luck and u find a free parking space is it possible to park a car there. There is payable parking during the day, after 18:00 for free.

Great location, close to the center. The apartment is big and you have everything you need. You can park on either side of the building but you need to pay (max 1800Huf/8:00-17:00, after it's free).

The kitchen of the apartment is also well-equipped, and there is the Farmer's Market just across the street, where you can find deicious treasures, or you can start walking in Király street, where you'll find bakeries and several places to have a nice breakfast.

A perfect apartment with a great and very professional host. All the amenities, perfectly clean and nicely furbished. We enjoyed our stay and the owner even went through the extra trouble to post us some clothes we forgot when checking out.
