More towels and a heater. Quito is cold sometimes and humid. Towels don’t dry easily
PHAll is good in apartment for me ,and you can enjoy the sun and fresh air outside the apartment, in a good area, there are many shops and restaurants nearby, the owner is very friendly and helpful, highly recommended
