Lovely 9th floor apartment with great views. All facilities on site. Nice restaurants nearby. Easy acces to Centro Historico. Owner left coffee, water, rea and biscuits for arrival. Had a lovely stay

Location was pretty ideal for Quito. A lot of great restaurants are within walking distance (5-10 minutes). Fernanda was great at managing our stay, and was extremely attentive to our needs. She even gave us a brief Spanish lesson on the way back to the airport! For the price, this is a pretty ideal spot.

Aside from a very firm bed, there was a bit of partying going on in another building -- so if you want total peace and quiet, keep that in mind. It is in the middle of a giant city, though, so is it really quiet anywhere? I can't say anything else that I didn't like, though. This was mostly a very positive stay.
