Krásné místo s výhledem z terasy přímo u moře. Velmi klidná lokace. Velký prostor na parkování přímo pod okny apartmánu. Malá klidná vesnička s pěknými plážemi. Čistá voda. Jedna pláž 200m od domu, další v dosahu 400m. Další k dispozici pěšky po pobřeží. Možnost koupání u mola přímo pod domem. Pan domácí vždy k dispozici. Děkujeme Branko za krásný pobyt :-)

Une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Sveta Marina, le propriétaire est très soucieux de notre confort et amical. Un séjour parfait pour profiter de la plage.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sorgt für eine überaus Herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Priorität des Wohlergehens seiner Gäste, äußert Branko nicht nur, sondern zeigt dies an seinen Handlungen. Das Apartment war sehr Sauber und hat eine Super Lage. Für mich die schönste Umgebung in Kroatien, was ich auch von Italienischen Gästen am Strand auch gehört habe. Die sind seit ihrer Kindheit 1969 jedes Jahr da gewesen. Kann ich verstehen und auch wiederholt bestätigen. In der nähe gibt es super Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen, ob direkt in der nähe der Unterkunft (fussläufig ca. 5-7min) oder in den umliegenden Dörfern und kleinen Städten wie Rabac, Labin, oder in Ravni. Dies Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Aussicht sind grandios. Es gibt so viele richtig gute Restaurants , Bistro Ravni in Ravni, Restaurant Markus in Labin, oder die exzellente Pizzeria am Campingplatz der Unterkunft (Beste Pizza), sind nur ein paar wenige die wir ausprobiert haben und ruhigengewissens an andere weiter empfehlen können. In Labin Altstadt gibt es noch weitere Zahlreiche und sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés, einfach eine richtig schöne Erinnerung. Kommen wir zu einem weiteren Punkt der uns persönlich sehr wichtig war. Wir hatten einen Hund (JackRussel Terrier) dabei. Die Unterkunft hatte nicht nur mehr als genug Platz für Ihn in der Unterkunft, auf dem Balkon, sondern auch direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft am Steg der direkt ins Meer führt. Wo nicht nur wir gut Schwimmen und sonnen Konten sondern auch unser Hund. Sehr herrliches und klares Wasser. Am Strand in der Bucht sind Hunde leider nicht erlaubt, was uns allerdings nicht störte. Uns war der Steeg sowieso am liebsten. Ab und an sind wir auch an den wunderschönen Strand in Rabac gefahren, welcher auch einen Abschnitt für Hunde hatt (Girandella dog beach). Wunderschöner und herrlicher Strand. Die Parkplätze in Strandnähe kosten gerade mal 2,80€ (wir waren ca. 5-6 Std. dort). Ist aus meiner Sicht ein super Preis.

We arrived to early. When we got there the room was still being cleaned. Branco (the owner) invited us to drink something at his balcony. Very nice guy and terrific view over the bay, all the way to Lošinj. We stayed there till the room was ready and he even offered us an free upgrade to another room if we didn't want to wait. The location is perfect. You can walk in swimmingshort or bikini across the street and there is a private terrace with two chairs directly on the water. The best location of Sveta Marina I dare say! 👌 No more then 5 meters from the sea. The water is beautiful clear. Small town, but kind people and Branco knows all people, so if you need anything, he can take care of it. The apartment is a bit old fashioned, but everything very well taken care off and very clean. ✨The matrasses are very good and the air conditioner works well. In the evening we used the big BBQ which is provided with wood, carbon, picknick table and light. Branco even came to give us 2 bottles of wine to go with our BBQ. A very beautiful place to rest, enjoy the view, to swim or snorkel in the sea with the tranquility of a small town. We wanted to stay longer, unfortunately everything was fully booked. Branco called some other places for us to extend our stay, but in the end we decided to move on, because there was no other place as good as this one. So close to the sea and with this beautiful view. Thanks Branco for the nice time! We'll sure come again next year!

A picturesque place, calm and full of positive energy. With great gratitude, I would like to leave a review about the vacation. The room is clean, spacious, the air conditioner works. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. There is enough space for things. The room has towels and clean, pleasant bedding. Since my wife and I like to cook, we carry a lot with us, however, it should be noted that Mr. Branko's kitchen has everything you need (grater, spatulas, cutting board, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, saucepans and pans for various needs, bowls and colanders, knives, cutlery, corkscrew). The kitchen has an oven, which is extremely rare to find in apartments near the sea! and as many as 3 containers for baking! A large balcony with 4 folding sunbeds, a table pleasantly covered with a tablecloth and an incredible view of the bay! We were so pleased with the breakfasts and especially the dinners! Usually, when you write about accommodation, you need to write some minuses too))) but the only minus that the hotel owner could not solve, you can think of - mosquitoes)) yes, they are there, maybe seasonally, but they still bite a little), but that's 50 % Branko decided - there are plates and candles against mosquitoes in the room!!! All you have to do is light them) because there are also matches!!! There is a large parking lot near the house, the remote control of which is obtained upon check-in, it is quite convenient and safe. As for the beach - very close (100m) is a gently sloping and well-organized beach, and across the road from the accommodation (20m) there is a descent and an equipped platform - a pier with sunbeds from Branko, railings and additional hooks for fixing swimming equipment (we kept a snorkel for children there), a place - an oasis created for relaxation! At the very end, I want to note the attentive and pleasant Mr. Branko - it is always nice to meet positive people and feel the positive energy that spreads around.

Die Aussicht und das Haus war von außen gepflegt. Bademöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Fußnah ins "Zentrum"

Das Badezimmer war dreckig und alt, die Einrichtung sehr altbacken und teils unsauber. Wir haben für eine Nacht 240€ bezahlt und das war für diese Ausstattung unverschämt und das in der Vorsaison (Anfang Juni). Der Besitzer wollte ständig unsere Ausweise kopieren und sogar mitnehmen.
