"Perfect cozy little studio... Perfect for couples... Greatest value..."

No matter if we were heading to Tampa Bay stadium, Busch Gardens theme park we were only a few minutes away... Clearwater Beach was only a short 20 minute drive...The property manager was very attentive and excellent communicator... I almost hate to give this recommendation because part of me wants to keep this my personal little secret Tampa hideaway...😂😂😂

I didnt like that my vacation only lasted 3 days...

"Great room to stay for a longer period, with great host."

I stayed at Joseph’s place for 3 weeks with my two kids, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, and had pretty much everything we needed for a long stay. Joseph was incredibly supportive throughout our time there, always checking in to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a welcoming and reliable host.

"Superb"

The host was great, property was clean.

Just needed one big blanket, that would have been awesome. Thankfully I looked before we left and brought my own, but it is hard fit it in a full suitcase if you're flying like we were.

The host was extremely kind and generous. He made the trip much less stressful and removed all worries about having a safe place to stay while in a new area. The place was also very easy to access, and very welcoming and comforting.

Nothing. It was better than every hotel I’ve been to, that didn’t cost upwards of $300 a night. The only other things I could think of wouldn’t reasonably be expected from a person hosting an unknown party on their property.

"Very poor accommodation"

It is a small addition to the house. Really small. No desk whatsoever. The bed was OK. However it has a ceiling light with a motion sensor. So the lights were turned on every time I moved in the bed during the night. I had also to call and ask about WIFI. Then I was asked for a cash deposit, really? I booked it for a week, I asked to stay only 5 days, but there was no reply. After one nightmarish night, I left the property and I stayed at a hotel.
