The landlord is very kind and helpful, the flat is well located, although the immediate surroundings are ugly.

The photos on Booking do not match the flat, as there are mixed photos of two different flats, the one I stayed in and another one. This leads can be a trap to confuse tourists. For the air conditioning, the landlord asked me for 10€ additional per night. At the entrance of the flat there is a ugly smell, like urine. The cleanliness is not the best, the pots and pans are dirty, and there are too few kitchen utensils. The bathroom and shower door cannot be locked. There is only one separate room, the other one is in the middle of the living room. There is no dining table, but a small table in front of the sofas. The sheets and blankets are bad, not comfortable at all. The wi-fi doesn't work well, on several occasions I opted to use my mobile phone data. The curtains cannot be closed properly. Many details are mediocre and look like they could be damaged at any moment. Gas cylinder cooker connections do not seem secure. Hot water runs out quickly. Overall, it is the worst flat I have stayed in Morocco and I would not recommend it to anyone.

There a boiler for hot water that finised very fast and as we were 3 persons we had to wait to do all shower.

there is smell in the fabric of almost everything, very old, need to be changed. sofa bed is very hard bed specially for children. toilet smelled too, probably because of building drainage system.
