Kibo Palace Apartments

We looked for a property close to the bus station, and it is indeed very near. WiFi is good, beds and shower were fine. Nice view.

The kitchen was not very clean, there were flies and sticky handles. There is no coffee or tea.

Its not just a room, its a complete apartment with enough space, kitchen etc. The entrance to property provides good and safe iolation from the street. Since it is a busy market area, the hotel employees always make a great effort to roam free some parking space at arrival or departure for more convenience for the guests, which was really nice

Not really establishments fault, but the location is in the market area. Its quite noisy, it starts at 5am in the morning and ends only late at night. If your sleep is sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you

The location was great, and the apartments were super clean with all facilities on point. There was a great value for money.

The security team sometimes is not on one place when you're looking for them

Dislike - cleanliness particularly the kitchen on arrival, balcony was not really usable, tv was very limited, view from 4th floor non existent, washing machines difficult to work, kitchen could do with more amenities (eg toaster, cooking utensils, etc) Like - staff were friendly and helpful, shower was excellent, bed very comfortable, noisy area but manageable and to be expected, partnership with Kibo Palace Hotel for use of gym and pool (very reasonable cost and great facility), 2nd bedroom was extremely useful to spread out for clothes etc

Apartments are nice. Appreciate the guard on the last day to call the bus company for me.

Internet was not as promised. Fluctuated a lot between good, bad and not available. Stayed in 3 different apartments. Only on of the receptionist were decent in service.
