Sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Asunto tarjoaa perusasiat, tosin mikrouuni lisäisi mukavuutta. Parkkeeraus omalla pihalla on erittäin hyvä juttu. Tilaa on mukavasti ja tavaroille löytyy paikkoja. Sauna oli talvimatkailijalle mukava lisä.

Pyyheliinoja olisi voinut olla enemmänkin, myös jonkinlainen kahvinkeitin olisi ollut mukava. Erityisesti suomalaiset käyttäjät tykkäävät suodatinkahvista. Asunnossa on pressopannu, mutta se on hidas tapa isommalle porukalle. Mikrouuni olisi myös hyvä lisä.
