The view (although quite a lot of people walking past gawping through the window) and the location

Dated and tired apart from the kitchen. No welcome pack or literature on arrival. Not thoroughly cleaned. One towel between the two of us. plastic front off shower kept falling off. Funny damp smell. phoned number provided to complain and was assured someone would be out the following day to deal with issues. Nobody came. Uncomfortable bed, no headboard.
