All as described and perfectly suited to our needs. Very civilised pub round the corner. Minor observation below. Very reasonably priced for time of year.

Footsteps from above in the early hours. Not serious for me but....

perfect location. plenty of space dog friendly Lovely modern bathroom Parking on the street right outside mini supermarket right across the road

just a little tired looking and maybe in need of a deep clean. but that’s just being picky! Went to put medication on top of fridge but it wasn’t the cleanest.
