"Very basic - take your own soap and teabags"

The location and the size

No hand soap/shower gel (a tiny amount of hand sanitizer only), no tea or coffee, no tea towel or oven gloves. Didn’t realise it was a flat - we could hear the people upstairs moving around at night. Arrived to find the front door wide open and a strong smell of bleach. The bedclothes and towels were damp. The front door didn’t look secure.
