Villa Rosenburg

Die Lage und die Austattung der FeWo "Dornröschen" ist topp. Wanderwege,Therme und Seilbahn direkt vor der Haustür.Viele Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Matratzen im Himmelbett sind ziemlich durchgelegen.

Die Villa Rosenburg liegt idyllisch im Grünen und ist einen Katzensprung entfern von der Seilbahn. Zu Fuß erreicht man sie in 5 Min. Wir hatten das Zimmer Hans im Glück im Erdgeschoss. Mit einer kleinen Küche haben wir uns 2 Tage das Frühstück sehr gut zubereiten können. Es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden was man dafür braucht. Das Bad war auch ausreichend und modernisiert worden. Draußen gibt es sogar einen Kiosk Automaten mit Getränken und Schoki.

Ein Austausch der Matratze wäre an der Zeit da sie sehr doch durchgelegen ist und sich der Rücken am nächsten Tag bemerkbar gemacht hat. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort und wer länger bleibt sollte berücksichtigen, dass der Kleiderschrank recht klein ist und aus dem Koffer gelebt werden muss. Ein Zusatzvermerk bzgl, der Seilbahn: die wird nur noch bis 18h betrieben. Wir waren zum Festival im Bergtheater und mussten dann aufs Auto ausweichen. Das ist etwas unglücklich und nicht nachvollziehbar, aber das nur am Rande bemerkt da die Unterkunft darauf ja keinen Einfluss hat.

Ligging ! Sfeer van dit type huis en het ruime appartement sneeuwwitje Inbegrepen zalig badhuis met zicht op bergen en kerkklok incl sauna, op amper 300m en mooie badjes en co liggen klaar Leuke chocolaatjes op bed als welkom attentie

Geen gordijn slaapkamer.. raar Aankleding en decoratie leefruimte beetje goedkoop en veel stijlverschillen (sombere vloer, engeltjes en ander lelijk schilderij) voor zo’n prachtplek Niets van keukeningredienten, zelfs niet basis zout, peper wat handig is bij kortverblijf, geen flesje water als onthaal, geen keukenhanddoek. Bleek dat er een waterautomaat buiten staat maar dat ontdekten we maar dag na aankomst waardoor we nacht 1 geen water hadden. Wellicht stond dat ook in dikke handleiding die klaar ligt maar die was enkel in Duits. Engelse vertaling welkom. Dwingende en herhaalde communicatie over betaling ondanks vakantie nog maar halfweg. En geen Engelse communicatie.

God beliggenhed, store lyse værelser, rent og pænt, god betjening.

Set in lovely historic villa on hill adjacent to Bode river in Thale. Within walking distance down easy path from hotel to main attractions such as cable car, chairlift and children's funfair. The bigger apartments seemed to have everything and probably meet the standards of luxury the property boasts but I stayed in the smallest, a studio on ground floor and my experience was not so good even though overall I enjoyed my short stay because of the convenience and extras. A great location and free parking which is advantaget when parking centrally is an issue at peak times (barely used my car and walked everywhere) . For duration of stay you get free access to pool and sauna at Bodetal Therme. On this basis alone the price was reasonable and I put up with the slightly negative experiences I had.. There are some lovely apartments with terraces and nice views and I think their experience was probably better. I would therefore still recommend this place despite some negative experiences personally.

I had trouble reaching the proprietor after my code didnt work in keysafe ...took a while before he responded to my message Driveway and parking places on relatively steep hill but one gets used to it! Sadly , The studio apartment on "ground" floor I stayed in "Haus am Glück" was below my expectations although it has all the basics! ..There is no privacy without curtains drawn which I did not enjoy and the room was cramped. I feel it did not not meet the standards of luxury and comfort advertised by the proprietor which perhaps the other apartments had. my particular studio was not very soundproof and heard upstairs tenant walking around on wooden floors and sometimes hear his snoring! I got to sleep eventually only to be awoken extremely early and noisily by the staff! Sadly my overall experience was not good but others in another apartment were perfectly happy so it's not all bad!

All in all a great accommodation. Loved it to stay there. We booked one of the smaller rooms „Hans im Glück“, had a small kitchen and everything what we needed. Using the „Bodethal Therme“ was also inclusive! The surrounding area definitely was worth to explore.
