Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde viel mit Holz gearbeitet. Die Aussicht auf den Reschensee und der Wellness Bereich waren ein weiteres Highlight. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig oberhalb des Rechensee und dennoch sehr zentral zur Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt etc. Wanderungen direkt ab der Ferienwohnung sind ebenfalls möglich, so dass man nicht unbedingt weite Anfahrtswege hat. Ein perfekter Ort um die umliegenden Wandergebiete zu erkunden. Deborah gibt tolle Wandertipps und war immer ansprechbar bei Fragen.

Jedná s paní majitelkou bylo velmi příjemné a vstřícné. K dispozici je hostům také sauna a vířivka, která nás i v letních měsících naprosto nadchla. Velká garáž s možností opravy kola a jeho úschovy s možností nabití elektrokola bylo skvělým bonusem. Nemuseli jsme tahat baterky na elektrokola na pokoj. K dispozici jsme měli od paní majitelky také mnoho informačních brožur se zajímavostmi v okolí a také ona sama nám poskytla cenné rady. Např. i o aktuálních uzavírkách silnic v okolí, které se během léta opravují. Samotná lokalita kolem jezera Resia je vynikající pro cykloturistiku i MTB. Vybavení apartmánu je špičkové a se vkusem vybudované.

A perfect stay! A beautiful new apartment with all the facilities. And also a sauna and a jacuzzi. The building is near to the village center in a quiet location. And Deborah is a lovely host - always friendly, and helpful. We juat lived it here!

Nice and fully equipped appartment with access to whirpool and sauna. Beautiful view of the lake. Calm and relaxing. Nice and communicative host Deborah who gave us also tips for trips in foggy weather :-) Have to come again in summer.

The apartment we stayed in was fully equipped with full kitchen and utensils, tables both inside and outside the balcony where you can enjoy your meals with a nice view over the lake. The apartment had a separate bedroom and an area with a sofa-bed and big flat TV. Bathroom with shower, no bidet. The real perk is the free to use spa: it has a whirpool, a sauna and a relax room with heated long-chairs and an outside terrace. Rules apply: reserve the day before or the same day before noon, max use 1.5 hours, max number of guests: 4, no children. The lake is walking distance and along with it few restaurants and shops: couple of supermarkets, butcher's and bike rentals. Free parking spot in front of or on the side of the building. Hosts were nice and helpful, they explained to us everything we needed at the beginning of our stay and then we didn't need anything else for our 5 days stay. You can easily get around the area either by car or public bus (tickets on-board).

The place has been renovated recently, but few items look like they're slightly older even if perfectly well kept. Our bedroom window faced the corridor, which I read about in other reviews before booking, but it was no problem for us because nobody will walk below it because it is at the very end. The apartments are non-smoking and guests are invited to enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony... which makes perfectly sense, if it was not for our next-door family that apparently smoked 24/7: from 7 am to 10 pm, we had smoke on our balcony and sometimes even inside the house. We are very sensitive to that, we know, and there's nothing the hosts could do, but it made our stay little less enjoyable, unfortunately.
